VEX is currently building its training programs and will be offering the following in 2019:

Middle School Pre-Tryout Clinic:  TBD

This 4-day clinic is perfect for athletes of all skill levels planning to try out for their middle school team, or for those athletes who just want to brush up on their skills. Follow the link below to register now, as spots are limited. 

FALL BALL Training:  TBD

Perfect for athlete's who are looking for training above a recreational level. Teams will focus on passing, serving, setting, hitting, rotation, and game like drills. All skill levels are welcome. New comers encouraged!


Spring Developmental Program: TBD

A step above rec! For young athletes ages 8-12 year old, wanting to improve their volleyball skills with a qualified coach. Athletes will meet every Sunday for 10 weeks for 90-minute practices. VEX t-shirt included.



AAU Youth Summer League: TBD

Offering teams for 12s, 13s, 14, and 15s. This league runs for 6-weeks. June 10th-July 21st. This program includes weekly practices and tournaments. To sign up, or for more information visit the AAU tab or click the button below.


VEX Beach Volleyball Program: TBD

VEX Beach Volleyball is HERE! 6/1 - 7/31 Our Beach Coach, Skyler Takeda, will focus on skill development, game strategy, competitive drive, and plyometrics for explosive play.

Vertical Jump & Agility Training: TBD

Take you game to new heights! Athletes who have completed this twelve week program have added 4-12 inches to their vertical jump. The vertical jump program combined with agility training will help you get your feet to the ball!

Open to boys and girls, all ages and all skill levels. Drop-ins welcome.
